The season has officially begun at La Tartane. More than a reopening, it’s a full experience refresh carefully curated down to the last detail.

As every year, MIC[e] leads the operational launch of the season, activating the levers that transform a place into a concept, a concept into a brand, and a brand into a destination.

The objective for 2025 remains clear: preserve La Tartane’s DNA while delivering that signature twist that surprises and delights.

• Event curation, including season-long festive dinners by Kate Yvorra
• Brand activation, through a bespoke collaboration with Pernod Ricard and their label Château Sainte Marguerite
• Signature OS&E: coral-inspired menu holders, embroidered towels, custom beach baskets—each detail contributes to a refined brand narrative
• F&B enhancement: development of a new breakfast & lunch area, designed for both functionality and comfort
